What Fits Into Your Schedule?

 Day 9 – It is NOT about the Weight


Healthy weight-loss is a natural by-product of taking care of your body.  Do not be fooled into thinking like too many that because you are losing weight or are skinny you are healthy.  You are performing life activities that are becoming a part of who you are to become more and more healthy over time.  Also, don’t see weight-loss as a short term symptom reliever.   Living the 5 Essentials is vital to your health and life.  Do not pick and choose which essentials fit into your plan.  They all have to!  If not, ask yourself how being sick, diseased, or even dead fits into your schedule.
 
Tip:  Eating good fats with each meal helps your body burn fat.  50 – 70% of your diet can be good fats, but this is only after you have been on the advanced plan and have converted to a fat burner.
